Two recent projects showcased here, the first was a refurbishment for sale where the valuation of the house increased from £56K to £65K in 4 weeks for an outlay of less than £4K.
The second was a revamp for rental where the object was to achieve maximum rental available for the area at minimum cost so there was a higher element of refurbishment rather than replacement and more emphasis on structural longevity
